Mark Bannister (Farm Manager) has farmed here for 35 years and has a good knowledge of farm animal husbandry and the maintenance and financial running of a small farm. Mark carries out all of the minibus runs to pick up and drop off clients.
Emilia Craig joined us in June 2015. She worked as a one to one carer with young adults with Autism in her previous job. She has proved to be a wonderful addition to the staff, showing a caring and sensitive approach to all the service users.
Jon Yates is Deputy Manager, and is in charge of the running of the day to day activities, and the qualifications as well as farm maintenance & woodwork; he is the practical one amongst us, and encourages all service users to 'have a go!'
Rachel Pritchard worked as a volunteer at the farm for 4 years before we took her on as a member of staff. She completed her Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care last summer, and is a good 'all rounder' as well as working with Jon as a qualifications tutor.
